Never in my life time have I seen so many people collectively shed tears, not because they are sad but because they are happy. 

And never in my life time have I seen a lot of people feel happy to have been proved wrong.

WATCHING developed countries like UK and USA struggle to calm the turbulence in the financial markets, you get a feeling it will not be long before developing or least developed countries are hit by the economic virus.

Will there be peace in the Democratic Republic of Congo?

The Democratic Republic of Congo – DRC- has written to the Security Council, providing what it terms fresh evidence of Rwanda’s involvement in the recent fighting in the eastern city of Goma.

The DRC government has submitted that military material intended for the Rwandan contingent serving as part of the UN/AU hybrid operation in Darfur –UNAMID was found in amilitary arena in the DRC.
